So, I just realized I never blogged about Charley's first birthday! First off I'd like to say, OMG WTF MY DAUGHTER IS ONE?!? When in the hell did this happen?! Where did the time go?! All of those mom's were right when they said it all goes by so fast. It's really unbelievable it's been a year.
I never really got a chance to blog anything because well, it's summer so I'm very insanely busy. And because we got married a week before her birthday and went camping the week after so it's all been very hectic...and very busy. (wedding blog post to follow).
Because we were camping and her birthday is July 13th, we decided to have a beach/ campsite party and have our family and friends come up there. I bought lays and hula skirts, not sure if I actually got any pictures of that. It was fun we had a few friends and all of our family made it out, and of course she was spoiled rotten,
I think my child is the ONLY child in the world to NOT like cake. She didn't eat any of it. Hated it, you'd think we put garbage in her mouth. But hey obesity runs in my husbands family so if she doesn't like sweets that's awesome! HAHA
I honestly can't believe I've come this far as a mother. I wouldn't change a thing for the world. Just the other day I was looking at her thinking, "Wow, I really have a daughter, I created her." , and of course that she is absolutely the most gorgeous little girl in the world.
I love my Char Char. I Can't wait for all of the birthdays to come <3
